Psychological Support

Maritime workers have greater psychological pressure than workers ashore. They live and work in the same small spaces for months, far from their loved ones and with limited rest time; not only is there no separation between private and working life, but there is not even an accessible social network. Emotions are amplified and small problems can turn into serious emergencies, if not properly managed. On board, psychological well-being is a necessity for survival. Therefore, competent professionals are needed to offer support in this direction, first for safety and then to be able to constantly offer excellent service in a serene atmosphere.
